Recitals
Recital Registration
The registration fee to participate in the Annual Spring Recital is currently $80 per family. The deadline to register is February 15.The Winter Concert and other Winter/Seasonal Performances do not require a registration fee to participate at this time.
We try to keep the performance costs to a minimum for our families. This is how:

No tickets are sold- we offer this as a free performance for family and close friends.

Costumes are provided and lent to students by Adagio Ballet.

Each student receives:

1 professionally produced DVD
-
2 professional 4x6 photographs selected from either the class photo or onstage performance shots.

A performance gift from Adagio Ballet

Recital Format & Class Distribution
Each participating dance class is distributed into one of the scheduled performances. Some Intensive Level Classes may be required to perform in more than 1 Show. Our performances do not exceed 1.5-2 hours in length.
Winter Concert: Currently all Beginning I Students and UP perform in one of the 2 Winter Concerts, which is held in December at the end of the Fall Session. No Dress Rehearsal.
Annual Spring Recital: Currently all levels from Dancing Princesses and UP perform in one of the 4 performances held over two weekends in May/June. The spring recital includes a mandatory stage rehearsal.
What to bring
All dancers should arrive for the dress rehearsal & performance wearing:
For Ballet:

Hair in a bun or as determined by class teacher.

Footed tights in light pink or white.

Leotard to wear under borrowed costume. Nude leotards are preferable. Wear either a tank or camisole style leotard. NO sleeves, long or short, please!

Photos & DVDs
Each Participating Student receives 2 Free professional 4x6 Photographs selected from either the class photo or onstage performance shots (you pay only shipping).

The photography and videography is shot and edited by a professional company.
Parents are welcome to take personal non-flash photography and video recordings of our performances as long as it does not disturb the audience or performers.
