Winter Camps 2011
The Winter Camp is an excellent dance opportunity for the Students who would like to stay active and learn more during the winter break. The program offers a choice of levels, dance styles and options for a half or full day (as a combination of 2 half day camps) as well as a full day dance intensive workshop.
The age groups are:
11-16
6-10
4-6
3-5
The themes are:
Winter dance intensive workshop - a full day program for ages 11-16. Time 9:00 am- 4:30 pm . Tuition $350. Location - Arlington
The Nutcracker ballet - past, present and future of the beloved ballet classic -a half day camp for ages 6-10.Time 9:00 - 12:00 or 1:30 - 4:30 pm. Price $270. Locations - Arlington, Fairfax
Holidays "party style" jazz camp - a half day camp for ages 6-10. Time 1:30 - 4:30 pm. Tuition $270. Location - Arlington
Happy Holidays with "Annie" - a half day tap camp for ages 6-10. Time 1:30 - 4:30 pm. Tuition $270. Location - Arlington
Tap winter adventure with "Happy Feet" - a half day tap camp for ages 4-6. Time 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. Price $270. Locations - Arlington
The Nutcracker's kingdom of sweets - a half day ballet camp for ages 3-5. Time 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. Tuition $270. Locations - Arlington, Fairfax

For Students ages 2.5-6.5, these camps are designed to combine age-appropriate dance education with a creative summer experience. By focusing on different fun themes, these young dancers have the opportunity to review their skills, learn new technique, and explore the ballet class format. On the final day of camp, the Students present a dance in front of family and friends. Craft and Snack is included. 2.5 hours/day Monday-Friday. Tuition: $270.00/week.
For Students ages 6-9, these camps are designed to combine age and level-appropriate dance education with a creative summer experience. Byfocusing on different themes, Beginner level Students have the opportunity to review their skills, be introduced to new technique, and learn engaging choreography. On the final day of camp, the Students presenta dance in front of family and friends. Craft and Snack is included. 3 hours/day Monday-Friday. Tuition: $300.00/week.

For Students 6 and up, our Intensive Ballet camps are designed for Students who are interested in learning the art of ballet in all its complexity. These camps are strongly recommended for current Intensive Students and can be a pre-requisite for Students interested in joining our school year Intensive program. Students interested in this program should be prepared for dynamic technique instruction as well as engaging and challenging choreography. On the final day of camp, the Students present a dance in front of family and friends. Craft and Snack is included depending on the camp's length. 1-4 hours/day Monday-Friday.Tuition: $250.00-450.00/week.
