Pilates
Pilates at Adagio Ballet will focus on building core strength, improving flexibility and agility, coordination, and helping to prevent injury in everyday life. Working through proper body alignment and strengthening the body without building bulk, Pilates allows the student to get a great workout while stretching and toning. Pilates offers a full body workout- Please remember to bring water and towel and/or pilates mat.

Yoga at Adagio Ballet will offer a mixture of several different yoga practices including Anusara, Vinyasa and Kundalini. We will focus on proper body alignment, breathing exercises and meditation in order to help melt the stress of the day away. Our bodies will undergo a transformation of lengthening and strengthening while we flow through each movement and pose with balance and grace. Classes are all levels, but teachers will offer variations and modifications to suit each person’s individual practice.
